On-site Yoga classes will now be limited to 6 students with the cost of $20 per class for the specialized Knee and hip replacement class and flat rate of $15 for all other classes. I am currently limiting my on-site classes but will resume my normal schedule once things get rolling again.
Reservations will now be required while I am having to limit the class size. To make a reservation go to my website- thecenterforhealing.net and to the on-site yoga schedule and click the sign-up button and follow prompts to reserve a spot. If the class is already full then there is an option to be on the waiting list. If that is difficult then call or text me. You can pay for the class at that time if you prefer or you can pay me directly like we always have and can use any credit you have on the books.
Since I am limited to 6 people per class, it would mean a lot to me if you would cancel, call or text me at least 2 hours and preferably more if you cannot make it. Full fee is required for late cancels or no shows.
Please do not come to a class or Chiropractic session if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell, or if you have traveled internationally within the last 14 days or traveled to a highly impacted area within the United States of America in the last 14 days, or if you believe you have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19 and not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities. Please do not come to class if you have the following allergy symptoms: -Cough, Sneezing, Runny Nose
All students are required to wear a mask and if you do not have one I have disposable masks available.
Hand sanitizer will be provided at the door for you to use prior to entering or once inside or you can wash your hands in the bathroom.
Mats will be set 6 feet apart.
Please bring your own mat to the class and any other personal props you want to bring. If you do not have a mat, I will have clean mats available. I will also have mats and props to sell.
All touch points will be regularly cleaned with EPA approved disinfectant. Carpets have been recently sanitized and air filters replaced and air circulation on during classes and sessions.
Appointments will be spaced to avoid waiting room contact.
Face cradle will be thoroughly sanitized between clients.
All linens and face cradle coverings will be properly sanitized.
Masks are required for both the client and myself.
All touch points will be regularly wiped. Air will be circulating.
As we transition into this new normal, we’ll get through it together with patience, compassion and a good sense of humor. Once you are here it will feel the same except for the mask part, which I believe we are all getting used to.
