Makaya’s classes explore normal daily postures and yoga-based Asana postures, all to optimize the health of your body, spine, and spirit. Her teaching is unique in that she starts each sequence in a more balanced resting posture and gives you the option and the modifications needed to get into and out of postures with ease.

  • Level 1: For people with mobility issues, knee or hip replacements.

  • Level 2: For people who want a slower-paced therapeutic class, where you have the option to be more restful or more active.

  • Level 3 and 4: For more energetic advanced practitioners or teachers who want to take their Asana practice to the next level.
